If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern DX Product’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. The term ‘DX Products’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Unit 1, Horbury Junction Industrial Estate, Caldervale Rd, Horbury, WF4 5ER, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Our company registration number is 07255072. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

PRIVACY

All orders only include the minimum required information for payment and fulfilment. The company does not store your credit card number. Bathmate products can not be sold on AFFILIATE programs without the express written authority of DX Products Ltd. The Purchase of any domain containing our trademarks, namely bathmate, hydromax and hydropump MUST BE AUTHORISED by DX Products Ltd. Sellers must respect the RRP at all times. No use of our trademarks is allowed unless written authorisation is received by DX Products Ltd. Information stored in our database includes customer names, addresses and unique identification numbers. It is not permitted to sell using online shopping platforms (Amazon, Ebay etc) without prior written authorisation. Up to date stock photos will be issued to authorised users and must be used at all times. Any users found in breach of these terms wil be refused further stock. After the product has been shipped to a customer we store this data for up to 800 days unless a customer emails us at info@umproducts.com and requests removal from the database. Note: this will void your warranty because it is necessary for the company to keep this data on hand in order to fulfil after sale service and warranty requirements. When the warranty expires we delete all electronic order information but store printed receipts for 7 years in accordance with accounting legislation.

PRODUCT SHIPPING

On receipt of your order and payment your product will be dispatched to you on the following weekday. For example: If you order on Monday you can expect the product to arrive on Wednesday, UK only. This is a parcel shipment and you will need to make provisions to receive it. If the product is not in stock we will contact you and offer you at your choice, either: a) a refund, or b) a new delivery date for the product.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs automatically calulated at checkout based on the customers location.

VAT AND SALES TAX

Products sold into the EU will include VAT at current UK level.
